Service Levels

To ensure that we can deliver your content on time and within specification, please ensure that content briefs are submitted in good time in accordance with the timings below:

For social content, 5 working days prior to posting

For email, 7 working days prior to posting

For press releases, 7 working days prior to distribution

For website copy, 5-10 working days prior to publishing – please note, if the page count is over 15 pages additional time will be needed

These timings are so that we can draft the copy, submit it for approval and carry out a final proofing prior to publishing.

Blank content briefs can be sourced from your account manager.

Final approvals required 72 hours prior to the date needed.
